Cambodian youth with disabilities and delegates attend the opening ceremony and global competition in information technology (IT) 2025

Ulsan, Korea: Wednesday, October 29, 2025, His Excellency Chea Somethy, Minister of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation and Chairman of the Disability Action Council, His Excellency Ung Sambath, Secretary General and Head of Delegation, led young people with disabilities and assistant coaches to attend the opening ceremony of the 2025 Global Informatics Competition in Ulsan, Republic of Korea.

After the opening ceremony, the four Cambodian youth with disabilities began competing on day one in three disciplines:
1- eCombination (eTool_Presentation + eTool_Spreadsheet + eLifeMap)
2-eCreative_Smart Car and
3- eCreative_IoT
With young people from 16 countries around the world, please join us in encouraging all of our Cambodian youth.
