Participating countries must prepare places for convenient online participation in the Prelieminary Round and operational expenses would be supported by the criterion below.
Also, venues, equipment rentals, and accommodations must be reviewed and approved in advance by the official GITC travel agency. Proof of expenses (receipt, photos, etc.) must be sent to the official travel agency within one week after the competition.

Yes. The youth can participate in the competition in a language other than English. The GITC website provides automatic translation function. Participants are also allowed to use the automatic translation function on the website during the competition.
However, when writing the answer sheet, participants must write all the answers in English.
Competition questions will be based on e-learning content, but the difficulty level can be adjusted.
It is recommended that the youth take e-learning to participate in the competition because it will be in the same or similar form as the sample questions in the e-learning.
The youth who pass the preliminary round will compete in IT Paralympiad.
The scoring criteria are set for each of the six challenges, and the scores of each participant will be based on such scoring criteria, which is an absolute indicator.
The youth who receive the highest score in each challenge will be awarded according to the order of high scores.
Awards will be given to participants based on their performance in specific categories, participation types, overall achievements, and exemplary behavior.
Prize amounts will vary according to the type of participation.
Additionally, the Achievement Award will be presented to the chaperone who has made outstanding contributions during the preparation process of the event.

E-Learning and questions of GITC 2024 will be based on Microsoft Office.
The youth with disabilities can participate in the competition, and there are no restrictions on participation in the type of disability.
The youth must also be between the ages of 14 and 23.
Participants who have been awarded a prize in the previous competition will not be allowed to participate in the competition again.
The youth participating in the GITC must be able to provide proof of age when sign up for membership on the website. If the information provided by the participant is not true, the competition award and subsequent qualifications may be forfeited.
The chaperones of each country must sign up for membership first on the website and get approval from the secretariat.
After that, the youth can sign up for membership on the website and apply for participation in the competition.
The application must be approved by the chaperone and the secretariat, and only the youth who pass the preliminary round will be eligible to advance to the finals.
Global IT Challenge(GITC), organized by the GITC Organizing Committee and LG is a world-class competition in which youth with disabilities compete for information utilization, Microsoft office program utilization, video production, and self-driving car coding. The youth with disabilities who have gone through preliminary rounds in each country have been improving their information utilization skills and further laying the groundwork for social advancement through participation in the IT Paralympiad. In addition, the InI Forum, involving government officials, IT professionals, and teachers from each country, is also driving policy changes in each country.
