Youth with disabilities attend the Global IT Competition in Ulsan, Republic of Korea. 

Phnom Penh: On October 27, 2025, His Excellency Ung Sambath, Secretary General of the Disability Action Council and Head of Delegation representing the Kingdom of Cambodia, led youth with disabilities to attend the Global IT Competition for Youth with Disabilities 2025 in Ulsan, Republic of Korea.
