[안내] PPT 대체 텍스트 확인 방법

1. 편집 활성화: 화면 상단의 노란색 표시줄에서 [편집 사용] 버튼을 클릭합니다.

2. 검토 메뉴 이동: 상단 리본 메뉴에서 [검토] 탭을 선택합니다.

3. 접근성 확인: [접근성 검사] 아이콘을 클릭한 뒤, 하위 메뉴에서 [대체 텍스트]를 선택합니다.

4. 개체 선택: 오른쪽의 대체 텍스트 창이 열리면, 슬라이드 화면 내의 확인하려는 이미지나 개체를 클릭합니다.

1. Enable Editing: Click the [Enable Editing] button on the yellow bar at the top of the screen.

2. Go to Review Tab: Select the [Review] tab from the top ribbon menu.

3. Check Accessibility: Click [Check Accessibility] and then select [Alt Text] from the options.

4. Select Object: Once the Alt Text pane opens on the right, click the image or object you wish to check on the main slide area.
